Description: The ankuoc are jaw-harps that are found in Cambodia (Kampuchea). Notunlike many other jaw-harp traditions as found in South East Asia the ankuoc was used as a musical instrument for courting. Both bamboo andmetal versions are found. This instrument is now mass produced for tourists.
