Description: This guitar is hand made by Falcon who is a well known luthier in Peru, this guitar was acquired from my music teacher Rene Hugo Sanchez, in relization form needing a much upgraded and much better quality guitar at the time. I often use this guitar for both traditional Peruvian musics, but also I compose much of my own melodies.

Origins: Like most stringed-instruments introduced by the Spanyards at the time, the guitar is no exeption when the discussion of Peruvian music comes up in its current form. The guitar may it be Venezuela to Brazil, to Chile, is usually 6-string but many custom, and Indigenous variations have appeared through out the musical traditions of continental South America.

Anatomy: The materials used to make this guitar are mainly the governing factors behind the sound and over all quality of tone and of course the sensation of playing this guitar or any guitar in general.

Tunings: see Peruvian Guitar Tunings.
